Your Impact
We are looking for an ambitious Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be the subject matter expert responsible for overseeing, managing and communicating global compensation and salary programs. This role will work closely with a cross-functional team of HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, HRIS, and other HR centers of excellence (learning, and analytics).
What You'll Do
Location:Remotely from USAOROnsite at our Scottsdale, AZ  or Seattle, WA offices
Reports to:VP Total Rewards
Modify, implement and communicate global compensation and salary administration programs, including set up and maintenance of all compensation programs.
Provide guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation issues including the development/implementation of global job family architecture, career matrices design and appropriate pay structures that reward desired business behaviors.
Conduct job evaluations, job leveling, and provide salary recommendations ensuring internal equity and market alignment of total compensation.
Proactively partner with HR Business partners and Talent Acquisition to provide guidance on complex internal/ external offers.
Support the annual salary planning and incentive processes by partnering with HRBPs, Payroll, Stock Team and HRIS.
Work with global and regional teams to ensure compensation processes are documented, communicated and adhered to.
Perform analysis of effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model potential impact of alternatives.
Manage compliance with applicable regulatory requirements regarding employee pay while staying up to date on current related legislation.
Assure through audits, analysis and reports, that all compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations and maximize workforce productivity and efficiency.
Manage day to day inquiries from all Axon employees for compensation and total rewards.
All other duties as assigned.

What You Bring
Bachelor's in analytical fields such as finance, accounting, business administration, or economics
Minimum five (5) years of progressive compensation and/or HR partner experience with increasing levels of responsibility orchestrating end-to-end compensation offerings from innovative strategy and design to effective implementation and continuous improvement, with a focus on automated solutions and the employee experience.
Advanced analytical (Excel) and problem-solving skills (required)
Proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (required)
Experience managing highly complex projects
Excellent time management
Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
International compensation experience (preferred)

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 80,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 135,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
