AtkinsRéalis has the depth and breadth of expertise to respond to the most technically challenging and time-critical infrastructure projects and the urgent transition to a low-carbon economy.How will you contribute to the team?Reads contract plans, specifications, shop drawings, and regulatory agency manuals.Observes milling and resurfacing operations.Observes construction activities such as trench excavation, pipe placement, backfilloperations, pile driving, structure placement, steel reinforcement, concrete pouring,signalization and lighting, etc.Performs density and asphalt tests; samples and verifies certification of materials.Reviews shop drawings within your area of expertise, logs and reports materialsAssists in directing and teaching the daily activities of less experienced staff.Performs such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.What will you contribute?High school diploma (or equivalent) plus ten years related experience ORAssociate degree in a related technical field plus eight years related experience is required.FDOT experience is strongly preferred.What we offer at AtkinsRéalis:AtkinsRéalis realizes that health, mental and financial wellbeing, are all equally needed to achieve balance in life.
