Responsibilities
• Align benefit programs with organizational needs• Negotiate benefit renewal contracts• Manage broker and third-party administrator relationships• Manage self-insured medical plans• Respond to benefit inquiries• Maximize employee awareness of benefit programs• Coordinate benefits eligibility and enrollments• Process payroll deductions and changes for healthcare plans• Review and process monthly benefits invoices• Administer 401K plan
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred• Three to five years of progressive experience in benefits• Experience with acquisitions and implementations

• Strong knowledge of benefits administration• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Attention to detail• Ability to analyze and evaluate data• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
