We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Client Service team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL and is a Hybrid position.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Works with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.Supports clients in addressing operational and technical questions or issues and ensuring requests are executed. Provides clients information related to BNY Mellon products and services representing a limited number of lines of business and geographies and directs them to the appropriate resources, as needed.Monitors client inquiries and escalates non-routine or complex issues to the appropriate team member, as needed.Participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience is requiredBachelors degree preferredClient Services experience preferedFinancial services experience preferredAt BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
