Position Summary: Utilize individual technical, communication and product skills to prepare sales quotations for custom equipment orders and relay information to customers. Develops product designs, generates sales quotations, and handle customer inquiries. Work with team members and sales representatives and coordinate with various departments.
Position Responsibilities: Create proposals and sales drawings.Single source customer contact for all project related issues/activities, to include project management.Point of contact for on-site customer visits and tours.Assist sales staff in assessing potential applications of company products to meet other customer needs.Manage contractual modifications during the course of a project to ensure project profitability.Responsible for creation and accuracy of project buyout component lists.Provide technical support and information to the Company's sales staff and customers.Provide quotation to customers by preparing accurate pricing for a project after reading/reviewing specifications and gathering correct documents.Gather engineering data as it pertains to a specific product.Review engineering drawings, analyze design, and retrieve information to complete drawings, layout, or design.Learn specific in-house engineering design and selection software programs.
