About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a senior analytic consultant in credit cards digital acquisition analytics team. In this role, you will: + Understand and internalize the key data sources and tables that will be used in analyses.
+ Help us better understand the business of offering Wells Fargo credit cards in third party marketing.
+ Understand how logistic regression models work.
+ Implement and adjust logistic regression models using Python.
+ Monitor model performance and propose changes in model to maintain effective model performance.
+ Participate in meetings with business partners where you will propose data driven solutions for model adjustments.
+ Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area
Required Qualifications: + 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications: + Demonstrated work or project experience with data analytics using the Python Pandas library.
+ Demonstrated work or project experience presenting data to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Demonstrated work or project experience with data validation & working with extensive data.
+ Proficiency in using Python and Excel
+ Demonstrated work or project experience with modeling
+ Proficiency in using Teradata SQL and PowerPoint
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
+ Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
Job Expectations: + Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to one of the site locations; however, the position is eligible to work from home in a hybrid model.
+ Must be available to work a hybrid model where you will be working in office 3 days a week and 2 days at home a week
+ Implement logistic regression model using Python.
+ Monitor model performance and propose changes in model to maintain effective model performance.
+ Assist with other digital acquisition analyses when called upon to assist.
Pay Range: + New York, NY – Pay Range: $100,800 – 179,200 annually
Pay Range $84,000.00 – $179,200.00
