Senior Accountant

Position Overview: We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our accounting team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. Prepare and enter monthly journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting. Perform month end close activities, such as reconciliation of accounts, to ensure accuracy of financial statements. Analyze financial information and generate financial reports to assist management in making decisions. Assist with audits as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. 3-5 years of experience in accounting. Experience with general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting. Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting regulations. Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
