POSITION DESCRIPTION Primary Purpose:
Primary purpose is to identify, pursue, develop and maintain the necessary agreements to effectuate the connection and commitments of incremental and existing natural gas supply to KM Midstream pipeline systemsThese agreements must be aligned with corporate and departmental budgets and capital project requirementsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage assigned accounts to develop key client relationships that produce beneficial and profitable long term gas supply arrangementsLead contract negotiations with assigned producer accountsCultivate and develop new business relationships and opportunitiesAssist in, from a gas supply perspective, departmental and regional growth projectsMonitor and track drilling activity for producer accountsDevelop and maintain supply portfolio update reportsManage monthly supply nominations and payment verificationAd Hoc reporting as needed*Job level will be commensurate with experience and skills of successful candidate.
Position Requirements Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalentExperience & Specific Knowledge:
Project management experience is a plusKnowledgeable of KM Midstream assets as well as other intrastate pipeline systemsWorking knowledge of gas processing, treating and compression operationsGeneral knowledge of supply basins and an understanding of basis calculations with a focus on TexasUnderstanding of project economics including IRR and NPV analysisWorking knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPointInterface with supporting departments such as Project Management, Operations, Gas Control, Accounting, Legal, Contract Administration, Scheduling and Business DevelopmentCompetencies, Skills & Abilities:
