The key focus of the Senior Account Manager is to drive revenue by developing and managing relationships with the existing Enterprise customer base.   The Enterprise customer base includes Top Tier Market Research Firms, Consultancies, and other Enterprise accounts.   This position will drive multiple transactions within this customer base. The incumbent will apply solid business-to-business sales and account management experience to consistently meet quotas and reap the compensation benefits for doing so. Role Objectives Carry and exceed growth quota by negotiating contracts, upselling, and cross-selling Quid's Consumer Intelligence platform suite. Drive year over year revenue retention and growth through successful use of existing and new client solutions. Establish and maintain client relationships with a strategic focus and deal with tactical issues driven by client needs. Identify and assess client business drivers to provide product solutions through a consultative approach. Leverage highly satisfied clients to promote our brand and solution. Manage client relationships in the form of business reviews or follow up meetings to enhance customer relationships. Develop accurate forecasting and account plans, quarterly account reviews and associated internal reporting requirements to demonstrate client relationship progression. Provide daily accurate forecasts to the sales organization and executive management Requirements High-energy, driven and goal-oriented Account Manager with a history of selling to top-tier brands and challenging status quo. A demonstrated track record of getting into an undefined space Track record of understanding product and ideas quickly and then applying those to prospects and client use cases Comfortable discussing pricing, budget and business value of a premium product. Exceptional communications and presentation skills to consistently influence and persuade clients including client follow-up A positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity Ability to work in a fast pace, innovative, team environment 5 -10 years of quota carrying software (SaaS experience preferred) or technology sales and account management experience Consistent earnings in past Account Executive or Account Management quota carrying roles Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles Sales Methodology training, marketing applications experience, and strong customer references preferred Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com and the ? Microsoft suite including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint & PowerPoint. ? Experience with Gong, Scratchpad, & Looker a plus. Bachelor or University Degree Total Rewards!
