Job summary
Siegwerk is seeking a strong sales person to support and grow our Dallas Region.The goal of the position is to directly improve throughput by implementing strategic selling processes.Salary plus commission included.
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Acts as point person for local customer accounts.• Coordinates the needs of the account by providing service or acquiring the resources to meet the account needs.• Conducts need analyses through discussions, observations, and other means within existing local customer sites.• Provides clear, accurate and complete information outlining potential sales opportunities.• Applies strategic selling tactics and works through or manages the concerns/issues of buying influences.• Organizes and conducts product trials at customers' plants.• Develops and strengthens customer relationships between Siegwerk and customers.• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred with a minimum of 2 years sales related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Technical experience within the printing industry is preferred.• Ability to influence and persuade through effective use of language and oral presentations.• Ability to develop, maintain and strengthen effective customer relationships.• Basic working knowledge of flexographic printing press operation.• Basic understanding of press side fluid ink handling.• Basic understanding of major substrates and their basic end use.• Understand color and color theory.
