As a Security Manager Sr. within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburg, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion.
Leads a team of managers and organization of 200+ Fraud investigators responsible for the investigation of suspected fraudulent activities involving PNC.
• Provides guidance and direction for cases requiring Law Enforcement engagement, prosecution, and Regulatory reporting.
• Ensures team of investigators are adequately trained on current and evolving fraud threats, tactics and techniques; and other required training for affiliated service levels and compliance purposes.
• Advises team on more complex investigations, escalates and recommends countermeasures and associated fraud control enhancements
• Accountable for appropriate productivity measures, quality control and performance management of investigators.
• Required interaction with internal leadership and external partners for fraud related investigations.
• Ensuring compliance with affiliated BSA Regulations, or other applicable government mandates.
• Experience in corporate financial crimes (Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud) investigations and regulatory filing – SAR, CAR, 314b, Hold Harmless, etc.
• Experience in managing operational teams with highly productive associates and productivity measurements

Information Assurance – Knowledge of and the ability to protect information and information systems while ensuring their confidentiality, integrity and availability.
Information Security Audits – Knowledge of and the ability to utilize tools and techniques for assessing the effectiveness of information security measures, identifying potential risk exposures, and protecting the availability, confidentiality and audit trails of information from destruction or manipulation.

Planning: Tactical, Strategic – Ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan. Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education
