Responsibilities
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of security transactions and documentation• Define, analyze, and improve processes to meet customer and regulatory requirements• Resolve complex issues and provide support to auditors, compliance, and account officers• Test and document reports for day-to-day operations and strategic decisions• Collaborate with internal and external parties to resolve issues and provide education
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred• 1-4 years of experience in high volume securities operations preferred• Advanced PC and software application skills• Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Working knowledge of securities and Wealth Management accounting systems• Working knowledge of accounting principles and practices• Ability to improve efficiency and track complex activities
