Seasonal Breakfast Attendee

Job Summary:The Porches Inn at MASS MoCA is seeking a Seasonal Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team in North Adams, Massachusetts. This individual contributor role is a seasonal, hourly position with biweekly compensation of $16 per hour. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for assisting with breakfast service for our guests and ensuring a positive and memorable experience.Compensation & Benefits:$16 per hour, paid biweeklyOpportunities for growth and advancement within the companyDiscounts on hotel staysFun and collaborative work environmentResponsibilities:Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring food is fresh and presented appealinglyGreet guests and answer any questions about breakfast or hotel servicesTake orders and ensure accuracy in food and beverage itemsServe food and beverages promptly, ensuring guest satisfactionClear and reset tables for the next guestsAssist with cleaning and maintaining the breakfast area, including wiping down tables and restocking itemsAdhere to all food safety and sanitation standardsBreak down the breakfast buffet and stock all the itemsClean the dishesCommunicate any guest feedback or issues to the manager for resolutionLobby and breakfast room cleaning after breakfast.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a restaurant or hotel setting preferredExcellent customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate guest needsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-taskMust be able to stand for long periods and lift to 30 poundsEEOC Statement:The Porches Inn at MASS MoCA is an equal-opportunity employer.
