Responsibilities
• Support the management of inventory, merchandising, labor, security, expense control• Ensure department achieves performance standards• Communicate and carry out policies and programs• Deliver productive replenishment, product rotation, conditioning, and cleaning• Greet, assist, and provide efficient service to customers• Resolve customer complaints• Answer product questions and offer assistance• Ensure safety, sanitation, and productivity standards• Notify management of theft, shoplifting, unauthorized markdowns• Fulfill special customer requests• Perform other job-related duties
Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age• High school diploma or equivalency• Proven performance as a seafood team member or 1 year experience in retail• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently• Authorization to work in the United States• Successful completion of drug testing and background check
