Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual to join our team as a Crew and Equipment Scheduling Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical role in coordinating crew schedules, managing equipment utilization, and ensuring efficient operations for our tree care services.
Responsibilities: Coordinate crew schedules and assign tasks based on skill sets and availability. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of each crew member's role and capabilities to optimize resource allocation. Manage equipment schedules and track usage to maximize efficiency. Utilize our online CRM software to manage all scheduling, equipment tracking, and client communication. Collaborate with our team to troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and adjust schedules as needed. Communicate with clients to provide updates on service timelines and address any scheduling conflicts. Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining records of equipment maintenance and service history. Requirements: Proven experience in scheduling and logistics management, preferably in a similar industry. The ability to learn crew roles and responsibilities within a tree care service. Familiarity with the capabilities and uses of tree care equipment. Experience using CRM software for scheduling and client management. Exceptional adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected changes and challenges. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a noisy office environment with background noise.
