Scheduler/Customer Service

Tropical Spas is seeking a skilled and people-oriented scheduler/customer service representative for our team. We are Washington County's longest running Hot Tub and Pool service company. Responsibilities :
· Coordinate schedules of service and delivery technicians
· Provide estimates for repairs and maintenance services
· Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
· Schedule appropriately to control labor and overhead costs
· Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place
· Communicate with customers regarding the status of their Spa Delivery or repair
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
· Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
· Submit warranty claims to manufacturer
Qualifications · Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
· Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
· Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
· Previous experience in service writing, scheduling and supervisory role preferred
· Proficient computer skills for record keeping and invoicing purposes
