Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and business goals.
Lead, mentor, and support our sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Identify and pursue new business prospects, partnerships, and market segments to broaden our customer base and market reach.
Nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry peers.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across sales, marketing, product development, and customer service efforts.
Utilize market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and product enhancements.
Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes to monitor performance and drive ongoing optimization.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in B2C sales, ideally within the renewable energy or solar industry.
Strong leadership skills with a knack for building, motivating, and managing high-performing sales teams.
Thorough understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices, coupled with the ability to excel in a competitive market landscape.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a talent for conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Strategic mindset with a focus on results, capable of developing and executing actionable sales plans.
Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to leverage metrics to drive informed decision-making.
Adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Knowledge of solar energy industry trends, technologies, and regulations is advantageous.
