Competitive compensation and looking to hire quickly.Major Areas of Responsibility:Provide accurate answers to sales inquiries relating to price structures, item availability and basic product line related questions. Collaborate with sales staff to relay accurate information, transfer calls/inquiries when more advanced support is required.Utilize CRM database to look up customer information, record interactions with customers.Accurately enter sales orders into the ERP system.
