Responsibilities
• Sell and promote products and services in designated territory• Develop customer contact plan and build new relationships• Identify opportunities and present solutions to meet customer needs• Create custom presentations and business reviews on Veritiv solutions• Utilize CRM to record customer interactions and schedule follow-up actions• Represent the organization at business sector events• Handle customer inquiries and complaints• Collaborate with sales representatives to expand knowledge base• Leverage sales technology and tools to maximize growth potential• Participate in training programs to enhance sales competencies
Requirements
• Experience and knowledge in Packaging preferred• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure• Excellent verbal, written, and people skills• Ability to persuade, negotiate, and sell• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate• 75% local travel required• Sales or account management experience preferred• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM preferred• Understanding of managing a customized sales cycle
Key Skills Needed
