Responsibilities
• Proactively identify and research new customer and new project opportunities• Organize and participate in discovery meetings with clients to identify revenue opportunities• Develop a business plan for each account• Prepare clear and effective proposals and quotations for customers• Understand client business needs and offer appropriate business solutions• Recommend additional solutions and services to clients• Develop sales skills and knowledge by working with an experienced sales representative• Partner with internal resources to execute targeted deliverables• Provide extraordinary customer service throughout the sales process• Forecast accurately and maintain records in Salesforce.com
Requirements
• Experienced in folding carton sales• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline• 1 or more years of relevant work experience or completion of a Sales Associate Development Program• Exceptional level of business acumen, motivation, competitiveness, customer-driven focus, time management, and multitasking• Able to analyze and interpret data• Clear knowledge of the selling cycle and ability to make cold calls• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Desire to continuously learn about RRD's products and services• Good problem-solving skills• Proficiency in using computer tools, including Microsoft Windows, MAC, or other technical tools, and Salesforce.com
