The sales representative is expected to be aware of and support all goals relating to sales and costs and to conduct him/herself in a professional manner conducive to generating a team attitude toward maintaining effective customer relationships.
Provide consistent and superior service to our customers.Contact and answer customer's emails and calls.Support the achievement of sales/budget targets.Maintain stock control, identify inventory needs, gross margins, and manage cost budgets.Prepare customer orders based on material and size specifications.Interact with providers to source and purchase metal to meet customer needs and restocks.
