Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and secure repeat business. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services. Continually improve your knowledge of our products, sales techniques, and industry developments through ongoing training and self-development. Utilize your negotiation skills to determine pricing and contract terms that result in successful new business acquisition and closed sales. Maintain accurate sales records and reports to track your progress. Requirements: Proven track record in sales. Proficiency in utilizing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software (preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet targets. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to customer sites. Experience working on a commission-only basis and being considered a 1099 employee.
