Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the sales team to achieve targets. Provide training and leadership to team members. Foster team camaraderie and speed up the learning curve of team members. Utilize in-market opportunities and sales incentives to maximize earnings. Achieve unlimited earning potential and career advancement. Minimum Requirements:
2-5 years of successful sales/marketing experience (preferred 4-7 years). Proven management and leadership skills. Strong desire for top-level earnings. High energy, self-discipline, and goal orientation. Excellent persuasive communication skills. Confidence in public speaking. Superior time management and organization skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Passionate about marketing and community engagement. What We Offer:
1st-year earnings expectations of $125k-$175k. Long-term earnings expectations of $350k+. Weekly personal production earnings. Substantial opportunities for promotion and career advancement. Additional earnings from cross-promotion with sister brands & companies. Key Role Objectives:
Engage effectively with the market using various sales and marketing strategies.
Manage and lead a team to solve homeowners' home improvement needs.
