The Job Responsibilities of this Sales Manager?includes, but are not limited to: Coach sales team to ensure consistent execution of Blanton's sales process Establish and implement daily goals, processes, and behaviors needed to meet job and financial objectives Performs daily field rides to identify opportunities, strengthen relationships, and conduct quality evaluations Execute strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong, growing presence Ensures financial performance of sold jobs adheres to budgeted guidelines QUALIFICATIONS? Required Minimum of 3 years Sales management experience? Sales training experience Customer Service experience? Proven success training and developing people? Preferred Management experience in the home services industry? 4-year degree ?
