POSITION OVERVIEW
We're on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and showcasing how our services and products can provide tailored solutions. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary, complemented by uncapped commission potential. While the role entails significant travel, primarily within Texas, it offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the K-12 education landscape.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Engage with school districts to articulate our purpose and value proposition effectively.
Take ownership of generating leads, maintaining pipeline momentum, and closing contracts.
Conduct assessments and viability studies to understand district needs comprehensively.
Ensure seamless onboarding and support for new clients through implementation.
Foster relationships within the educational industry to facilitate future opportunities.
Provide demonstrations and training on our documentation tool and other solutions.
Create compelling proposals in response to district requests.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Prior experience in the K-12 industry or familiarity with SHARS.
A proactive approach to prospecting and relationship-building.
Resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
A passion for delivering excellent client service and exceeding sales targets.
