Bilingual Business Development Manager, CT&I DLL Canada invites you to share in our success by joining our Construction, Transportation & Industrial (CT&I) Team.  We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) for construction and industrial equipment primarily in the Ontario and Quebec markets.

Day to Day Reporting to the Country Sales Manager for CT&I, the BDM will support and grow the defined territory by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities and building commercial contacts in order to realize sales objectives including new business volume, margin, penetration rates and profitability.
Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships and serve as a primary point of contactIdentify and create new relationships by leveraging DLL's value propositionDevelop and deliver proposals and quotesManage all transactions and communicate with appropriate parties as necessaryEstablish strong internal relationships to effectively and efficiently process businessCreate presentations and communication collateral for external and internal useTrain partners on available products, processes and the use of systematic toolsInvolve all relevant expertise (risk, operations, legal, etc.) to structure and close dealsReport on business activities and highlight relevant trendsTravel as required to meet partners and attend trade shows and industry eventsDefine, monitor and achieve commercial targets and goals All members enjoy Two working days per year volunteering for a local charity.Health and Wellness program including healthy food, free health checks, fun health & vitality activities.Flexible hours with possibility to work from homeCareer development opportunities: online learning, member development programs.Check this link to an overview of all benefits in your region. Applicable pay range: $77,917 - $116,875 (This role is eligible for sales commissions which increase the target earnings beyond the listed pay range) DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, pension plan, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are subject to eligibility.
