Responsibilities
• Initiate and create a relationship with each customer account• Drive sales results by delivering a top-notch and elevated customer experience• Achieve all productivity goals through successful negotiation and upselling tactics• Act as a product knowledge expert and always lead sales interactions with product features and benefits, not discounts• Provide customer support and answer any questions asked in a professional manner• Brainstorm and strategize with other entry-level Sales Associates new and innovative ways to maximize sales results and optimal profit margins
Requirements
• An associate's Degree is highly recommended, but not required• 1 year of relevant experience in retail, sales, customer service, OR equivalent entry-level position is required• Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about working with other team members/customers• Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills is a must!• Student mentality, with the drive to continually improve and succeed
