Requirements
• Prior equivalent work experience in retail/service industry• Passion for client service and love working with people• Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills• Experience as a hands-on leader on the sales floor• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask• Resilience and ability to react to situations• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds• Adherence to Sephora's dress code and policies
