Roofing Service Sales Manager

A top commercial roofing contractor is looking for a Service Sales Manager that can manage their growing service division. This position offers a base salary, tremendous room for growth, autonomy, and the opportunity to earn massive commissions.
Service Sales Manager Qualifications
3+ years in supervisory position withing commercial roofing
Strong management and leadership skills
Knowledge of commercial roofing products, standards and industry in general
Strong 360-degree communication with customers, management, peers, and direct reports
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Service Sales Manager Responsibilities
Communicate with customers, technician and management
Hire, train and mentor technicians. Create goals and help with development and hold staff meetings
Responsible for safety audits and production schedule
Quotes and tenders for maintenance, repairs, and mechanical upgrades
Oversee customer invoices and accounts receivable
Work Orders and Bid sheets weekly to establish workload and fluctuations
Track finances of work and provide progress reports
