Requirements: Estimating experience in the following fields: Construction Roofing in Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality, Medical, Educational. FrameCad, Metals, Roofing, Solar, Waterproofing experience.

We are seeking a Roofing Estimator & Sales professional with experience in commercial and industrial roofing, metals, solar, and Framecad. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales, cost estimation, design, and product knowledge. This is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities: Provide detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial roofing projects. Gather, review, and analyze project data to determine the scope of the job. Develop project plans, materials, and labor estimates. Assist in the design of pre-sheathed, membrane roofing, metal wall, soffit, ACM column, gypsum, steel panel, sheathing, and weather barrier projects. Advise customers on product selection and installation, including hotel, residential, and multi-family projects. Provide pricing to customers on roofing and related products. Develop relationships with vendors to ensure the best quality products and services. Process and manage orders, including order tracking and inventory control. Process customer payments, including invoicing, credit card processing, and collections. Qualifications: Estimating  experience in commercial and industrial roofing, including metals, solar, and Framecad. Strong knowledge of roofing and related products and installation. Excellent cost estimation and design skills. Ability to read and understand project drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and estimating software. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
