Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments of financial institution BSA/AML programs• Develop examination/project plans and timelines• Demonstrate advanced analytical and problem-solving skills• Convey opinions and conclusions in clear, concise written reports• Participate in meetings with bank management and conduct briefings• Develop relationships with supervisory risk specialist personnel• Participate in department and System-wide initiatives• Prepare and present materials for staff training and outreach• Serve as a mentor and coach to staff• Stay updated on industry developments and banking regulations
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) in a relevant field• Minimum of 8 years of BSA/AML experience• CAMS certification is required• Ability to provide work authorization and proof of eligibility to work in the United States• Valid driver's license required• Some travel is required
