Choices of where you work and when you work - because we all value something different. Hybrid work schedules allow for flexibility where you work. There is required collaboration in office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but the flexibility to work from home the rest of the week. A unique 9/80 work schedule gives you the flexibility when you work. Choose from alternating Fridays off or consider the Choice schedule which allows you a fixed morning or afternoon off each week.

About The Job:

This position will support risk analytics and risk governance initiatives under the Enterprise Risk Department. You'll play a key role in identifying and mitigating risks while contributing to the overall success of our organization.

What You'll Do:

Create and enhance Risk Monitoring reports and dashboards.
Conduct ad-hoc risk analysis and prepare presentations.
Support risk model development and performance monitoring.
Support enterprise risk governance related activities.
Support vendor risk management related activities.
Support Regional and Global Risk reporting.

Qualifications You'll Need:

Must Have:

Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint (e.g. lookups, pivot tables, data source imports)
Exposure to analytical tools and software (e.g. Python, SAS, SQL and Excel)
Experience or college courses in a statistical analysis
High degree of creativity, adept at problem solving, excellent teamwork skills and experience
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience of working cross-functionally
Bachelor's Degree.

Great to Have:

Experience in the financial services and/or risk management.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, or statistics preferred.
