Job summary
The Revenue Cycle Management System Administrator is responsible for implementing and maintaining the RCM operating environments.They work under administrative direction and coordinate with RCM leadership.This position also provides ongoing support for all Helio Health end-users.

Responsibilities
• Develop a mastery of the organization's RCM H.I.T. systems to provide ongoing support.• Monitor and analyze RCM H.I.T. system performance and ensure availability and efficient operation.• Provide Billing, RCM, and Patient Access Implementation Support.• Offer training documentation support for Billing, RCM, and Patient Access.• Maintain Billing system and complete registrations for Payor Portals.• Keep supervisors informed of billing concerns and provide assistance with analytics.• Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in health information management, IT, business administration, data/statistics, or related field.• Equivalent combination of training, education, and/or experience may substitute for the education requirement.• Health Information Technology experience preferred.
