Responsibilities
• Engage and interact with all customers• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards• Work in multiple areas of the store as needed• Role model customer experience practices• Process customer purchases/returns and promote credit and loyalty programs• Uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor• Participate in store recovery• Maintain cleanliness and organizational standards• Provide and accept ongoing recognition and feedback• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures• Support store shrink reduction goals and safety awareness
