• Maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment• Treating customers and associates with respect and courtesy• Assisting customers with merchandise and answering questions• Performing cleaning tasks and maintaining cleanliness of the store• Adhering to company's dress code and appearance standards• Sizing and recovery of merchandise according to company standards• Merchandising newly received items• Understanding loss prevention and merchandise protection standards• Following cash handling and transaction procedures• Maximizing productivity and executing store best practices
