Responsibilities
• Complete opening and closing duties• Set up physical aspects of station• Make Prep List of necessary food items• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen• Oversee and support food preparation• Skillfully prepare and cook meals• Communicate with management and co-workers• Maintain knowledge of cooking techniques, menu items, and equipment• Analyze and participate in financial planning• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
Requirements
• At least 21 years of age• 1-2 years' experience as a kitchen supervisor or lead• High school graduate or equivalent• Formal culinary training preferred• Possess food safety and sanitation certifications• Ability to communicate verbally in Spanish with the crew• Ability to meet physical demands of the job
