Responsibilities
• Set and sustain the tone of the shift• Create a positive vibe and welcoming atmosphere• Ensure quality and safety of all food• Listen, acknowledge, and resolve concerns• Handle cash accurately• Take inventory and place orders• Conduct coaching in the moment• Manage shift duties and address equipment malfunctions• Focus on growth and well-being of the Squad• Embody MOD culture and standards
Requirements
• Minimum 6 months in the All-Star position• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience• Must be at least 18 years old• Previous experience coaching and inspiring others• Proven success in following and enforcing processes• Customer service skills and ability to remain calm• Must obtain food safety certification
