Responsibilities
• Develops short-term financial and operational plans for the restaurant• Schedules employees at proper staffing levels• Ensures restaurant adheres to all standards• Conducts pre-shift meetings• Reviews performance evaluations• Monitors performance of the restaurant• Inspects restaurant daily• Participates in monthly inventories• Creates programs to increase sales and customer satisfaction• Maintains open lines of communication with employees and departments
Requirements
• Compliance with federal, state, and local laws• Experience in managing a restaurant• Knowledge of financial planning• Strong leadership and communication skills• Ability to handle guest requests in a friendly manner• Knowledge of safety and security procedures• Ability to recruit and staff department• Training experience• Understanding of OSHA, EEOC, Wage Hour and Health laws
