• 3-5+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with annual sales exceeding $8 million• Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and refinement• Proven track record of working with corporate systems and maintaining a solid work history with esteemed, upscale restaurant groups• Exceptional leadership skills, with capacity for adaptability and flexibility• Proficient in financial management, cost control, and labor management• Experience in launching new restaurant ventures is a valuable asset
