YOUR TYPICAL SHIFT As a Restaurant Equipment Maintenance Mechanic, your shift kicks off with thorough inspections of all equipment, ensuring everything from kitchen appliances to plumbing systems is running smoothly. With confidence, you competently tackle troubleshooting and repairs, utilizing your expertise in welding and fabrication when necessary. Working alongside a dedicated team, you also collaborate on projects and provide guidance where needed, all while keeping detailed records of your work using CMMS. No task is too complex for you, and you leave each shift with a great sense of satisfaction, knowing your talents help keep our restaurant thriving!
THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED Experience as a maintenance mechanic or a similar role Strong knowledge of logic controllers, electrical systems, and mechanical principles Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment Ability to fabricate parts using welding equipment Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) Excellent leadership skills to supervise junior maintenance staff effectively Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal WORK SCHEDULE As a full-time Restaurant Equipment Maintenance Mechanic, you enjoy steady 8-hour shifts with occasional overtime and weekend work.
