Restaurant District Manager
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant District Manager to oversee our fast-casual concept restaurants in Eastern Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and profitability. Salary: $75-80K base salary with bonus potential based on performance for $20K. Duties: Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring adherence to established standards for service, quality, safety, and cleanliness. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability across all locations. Manage and mentor a team of General Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success. Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members at all levels to develop and execute initiatives to improve guest experience and employee engagement. Manage budgets and financial reporting to ensure maximum profitability and expense control. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and community partners. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years at the district or multi-unit level. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and lead a team effectively. Proven track record of driving sales and profitability in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
