Responsibilities
• Administer and monitor invasive and non-invasive respiratory therapies to patients.• Assess and evaluate patients' respiratory conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to provide comprehensive care for patients.• Maintain and calibrate respiratory therapy equipment.• Educate patients and their families on respiratory conditions and treatment plans.• Document patient information and treatment progress accurately in medical records.• Participate in emergency response teams and code blue situations.• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in respiratory therapy.
Requirements
• Recent graduate of an approved Respiratory therapy program with less than six (6) months experience• Current California Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure (CT RCP)• Current AHA CPR certification (CT CPRBLS)
