Traveling Electrician (Main Panel Upgrades and Battery Installations)
Shift : Full-time (40-45 hours)
Compensation: $75,000-$110,000/year

Per Diem for over night stays Paid Time Off 401k Paid Holidays Seasonal Gear 2 Year Anniversary Bonus Position Summary: We are looking for an Electrician who will be our go to resource for main panel upgrades, Solar Battery Installations and electrical inspections. Electricians should be well versed in residential wiring and be able to coordinate effectively with the corporate office and other crew members in the area. Reliable communication is absolutely crucial.
Essential Duties: Perform Main Panel Upgrades with high quality and efficiency Be an onsite contact for city inspectors whenever the city requires and Electrician onsite Perform electrical correction work as called out by city inspectors Build positive working relationships with inspectors from multiple regions to improve the Blue Raven brand and simplify the feedback loop Ensure work is performed in a professional and workmanlike manner to conform to existing national and local building codes. Diagnose and troubleshoot system components to resolve electrical issues. Ensure work performed is compliant with current NEC and local codes. Key Competencies: Working knowledge of current NEC codes. Must have working knowledge and experience replacing residential electrical services and distribution panels. PV Solar installation experience is preferred but not required. Must be experienced with all required hand/power tools associated with the electrical trade. Ability to read and interpret single line and three line drawings. Must be comfortable working from ladders and at heights. Work is primarily conducted at our customers' homes in the local area, but occasional travel is required. Periodic weekend or evening work may also be required, depending on the workload.
