Residential Construction SuperintendentOne of my top clients, a highly recognized general contractor, is seeking experienced Commercial Construction Superintendents to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who have a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on commercial construction experience, specifically someone with diverse ground up commercial construction project expierence.As a Residential Construction Superintendent, your responsibilities will include:Managing ground-up Residential construction projectsProviding mentorship and leadership to the teamOverseeing multiple trades and ensuring the completion of tasksBuilding strong relationships with coworkers, clients, and subcontractorsUtilizing computer software programs and estimation metrics for project managementBeing self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented in problem-solving* Skills and qualificationsBachelors degree in engineering or construction management OR an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Residential construction experienceProven track record of managing ground-up commercial projectsProficient in mentorship and leadership within a general contracting settingStrong computer skills and familiarity with software programs and estimation metricsExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilitiesSelf-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented in problem-solvingTravel may be required.
