Residential Construction Purchasing Manager

As a Purchasing Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing procurement operations and driving cost savings. Responsibilities:
* Manage house cost management, including bid document generation, cost analysis, and contract formulation.
* Pursue cost savings opportunities through competitive bidding and analysis.
* Supervise estimating tasks to ensure accuracy.
* Manage field file releases, home selection process, and change order ratification.
* Champion new building products and selections.
* Oversee trade partner relations, recruitment, negotiations, and compliance.
* Collaborate with teams to manage community setup and maintenance.
* Lead select new community setup projects.
* Improve HQ Rebate program for revenue capture.
* Perform other duties as directed.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of related experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Purchasing Software.
* Strong business acumen in purchasing and supply chain management.
* Ability to negotiate and develop vendor partnerships.
* Experience in cost-transparent environments and continuous improvement.
