DescriptionPosition at New Day Recovery Residential Business Development Representative Job Summary: A Business Development Representative reports to the Vice President of Business Development. With the oversight of the Vice President of Business Development, the Representative is responsible for creating and implementing a strategic marketing plan in their assigned region. They are responsible for marketing all Granite Recovery Centers programs in an assigned territory. This includes face to face meetings with health care providers, attending networking events in their region, hosting dinners, lunches, and special events.
Essential Job Functions: Promote a strong GRC culture in all associates including management throughout the organizationDevelops and implements regional strategies that supports the overall Strategic Business Development PlanDevelops and maintains referral relationshipsConsistently achieves 7 admissions per monthConsistently inputs activities and pertinent account information into CRMDemonstrates the ability to work with internal GRC team membersConsistently maintains a minimum of 20 face to face meetings per weekDevelops and maintains exceptional knowledge of all Granite Recovery Center ProgramsDelivers accurate and timely weekly and quarterly reportsActively participates in team calls and meetings and offers potential solutions to obstacles incurredThis person will be required to travel by automobile daily and will be responsible to cover a specific territory. Overnight travel may be required.Other duties as assignedQualifications: Knowledge of and the ability to effectively communicate all programs and service offering to key stakeholdersBachelor's Degree or higher preferredStrong selling skills (2-3 years sales experience)Health care experience a plusStrong customer service skillsProfessionally represents Granite Recovery CentersSatisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.Satisfactory criminal background check, Motor Vehicle Report (if applicable), and drug screen.Salary Range:
Salary ranges from $65,00.00 - $66,300.00 annualized.
The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty, and training.
