• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual new business revenue goals• Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans and sales goals• Maintain a sales-focused culture• Educate and train staff on new products and solutions• Implement marketing campaigns to drive revenue opportunities• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline• Anticipate and address negative new business trends• Recruit and onboard business development personnel• Champion focus centers of influence for collaboration and referral
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of Sales Leadership experience in the industry• Proven teamwork and negotiation skills• Exceptional oral and written communication skills• Track record of closing sophisticated sales• Achievement of assigned business goals• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
