Our Resident Resolutions Coordinator is a very active and fast-paced/ high - volume job. You will be working directly with any new or current resident and assist them with any requests or questions.
A bit more about what you'll do… Responds to and manages resident complaints and or service issues May coordinate with appropriate staff to address and resolve resident concerns. May help with other resident related issues as assigned. Essential Functions: Supports residents during the move-out process which may include notice to vacate and resident transfers. Follows-up with residents who have issued work order/service requests or expressed issues/concerns with the community. Assist residents with any need Register cars to park on-site Register pets for existing residents Enter in service requests for residents Answer questions regarding service requests Send communication to residents Responds to and manages resident complaints and/or service issues Contact residents about policy violations Qualifications 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment (ie, property management, hospitality, retail, restaurant etc.). Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of current and future residents in a friendly and professional manner. A reliable mode of transportation. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Ability to read, write, and speak English.
