Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a part-time Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate-level position, we require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Provide remote technical support to clients and colleagues.2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems.3. Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues as needed.4. Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions.5. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to improve support processes.7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while working remotely.

Requirements:1. Confidence in handling challenging situations and providing exceptional customer service.2. Resilience to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.3. Strong negotiation skills to manage client expectations effectively.4. Flexibility to work remotely and travel as needed.5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.6. Technical proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.8. Experience working in a financial services industry is a plus but not required.
