Job Description:
SpaceX is currently seeking a part-time Remote Support Associate to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an entry-level position, we are looking for motivated individuals who are hardworking, team-oriented, and possess strong negotiation skills. The Remote Support Associate will be responsible for providing remote assistance to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting our customer service team.
Responsibilities:- Provide remote assistance to customers experiencing technical issues with SpaceX products- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems through phone, email, or chat support- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience- Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system- Meet established service level agreements and quality standards- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
